Bicyclist dies two weeks after being struck | News
GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) - A bicyclist who was struck by a car on July 7 has died.
Dajawn Marquel Jones, 19, died on Saturday as a result of injuries from the crash that happened at the corner of Madison and Delaware SE.
Jones was hit by a van and the trailer that was the van was pulling at about 1:00pm. Police say neither speed nor alcohol were factors in the crash.
The crash is still under investigation and anyone who saw the crash and has not yet been interviewed by police should call 456-3771.
