Teresa Weatherall Neal is all of these things… and much more.

When asked how she was handling the first few weeks of her new appointment, Weatherall Neal smiles and refers to two prominent pieces of art work in her warm and inviting office. “Once I had these pieces in place, I was ready to go to work," she says. The artwork she refers to is a framed campaign poster of Brown vs. the Board of Education, the landmark decision of the United States Supreme Court that declared state laws establishing separate public schools for black and white students unconstitutional.
